1. 適用範囲

本ポリシーは、Dev Catが提供するWebサイト、iOSアプリ、Androidアプリその他のサービス（以下「本サービス」）におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。対象には「Bingo Party」「Muscle Memo」「韻Finder」「イージーダイエット」およびDev Catが提供するその他のアプリが含まれます。

実際に取り扱う情報は、利用するアプリ、OS、バージョン、地域、選択した機能や同意内容によって異なります。各ストアのプライバシー表示またはアプリ内の個別説明がある場合は、それらも併せてご確認ください。

2. 取り扱う情報と利用目的

本サービスでは、アプリ機能の提供、アカウントや購入状態の維持、ゲームやトレーニング記録の保存、広告配信、同意管理、利用状況の把握、不具合解析、不正利用防止、お問い合わせ対応のため、必要な範囲で情報を取り扱う場合があります。本ポリシーでいう「収集」には、ストアの定義に従い、組み込まれた第三者サービスへ送信される場合も含みます。

Bingo Party（iOS 2.2 / build 9）

Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）とUser Messaging Platform（UMP）を広告配信・同意管理に利用します。また、Firebase Anonymous AuthenticationとRealtime Databaseを、匿名アカウントIDの発行、ルーム、抽選履歴、宣言、ホストセッションなどのゲーム機能に利用します。匿名アカウントIDは氏名そのものではありませんが、継続的なユーザIDとしてゲームデータに関連付けられます。

この版でトラッキング目的に使用するデータタイプはデバイスIDのみで、iOSのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）で許可された場合に限ります。ユーザIDとゲームプレイコンテンツはアプリ機能のため匿名アカウントに関連付けられますが、トラッキング目的には使用しません。

ATTで「トラッキングしないように要求」が選ばれた場合、この版はAdMobおよびUMPを初期化せず、広告を要求せず、アプリが管理するWeb/HTTP Cookieのうち追跡に利用され得るものを削除します。Firebaseによるルーム等の基本ゲーム機能は引き続き利用できます。

Muscle Memo（iOS 4.3 / build 25）

Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）とUMPを広告配信・同意管理に利用します。また、Firebase AuthenticationやFirestoreを、ユーザID、カスタム種目、日次メモ、トレーニング記録などのアプリ機能に利用します。アプリ内の利用状況、広告および技術診断に関する情報も、選択した機能に応じて取り扱う場合があります。

この版でトラッキング目的に使用するデータタイプはデバイスIDのみで、ATTで許可された場合に限ります。広告関連SDKはATTの選択が完了した後に初期化します。許可しない場合、広告リクエストには非パーソナライズ広告を指定する npa=1 を付けます。非パーソナライズ広告でも、広告配信、セキュリティ、集計、診断に必要な限定的情報が処理される場合があります。

イージーダイエット（Android）

Google Play上のアプリ名は「イージーダイエット」、デベロッパー名は「Dev Cat」、パッケージ名は com.onemaker.easydiet.android です。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。ユーザーが撮影した食事写真、入力したメモ、記録日時、オンボーディングや評価案内の表示状態は、アプリが端末内に保存し、Dev Catのサーバーへは送信しません。ただし、Android OSのバックアップまたは端末移行機能が有効な場合、対象データの一部がGoogleアカウントに紐づくバックアップ領域へ保存・復元される場合があります。これはDev Catが運営する独自クラウドへのアップロードではなく、Androidの設定から管理できます。カメラ権限は食事写真の撮影に使用します。共有機能を選んだ場合に限り、Androidの共有画面を通じてユーザーが選択した送信先へ画像を渡します。

無料版ではGoogle Mobile Ads（AdMob）を広告配信に利用します。Googleは広告ID、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告操作情報、概算位置情報、利用状況および診断情報などを、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止、セキュリティおよび診断のために処理する場合があります。買い切りの広告非表示機能ではGoogle Play BillingとRevenueCatを利用し、匿名の購入用識別子、商品ID、購入・取引情報、権利状態、アプリ・端末情報および技術診断情報が、購入処理、復元、不正防止およびサポートのために処理される場合があります。食事写真やメモがAdMob、Google Play BillingまたはRevenueCatへ送信されることはありません。本アプリはFirebase、Google Analytics、独自の分析サーバーを使用していません。

イージーダイエット専用ポリシー

その他のDev Catアプリ

韻Finderを含むその他のアプリでは、アプリの機能に応じて、広告ID、購入情報、利用状況、クラッシュ情報、診断情報、ユーザーが入力した内容などを取り扱う場合があります。対象データと目的は、各ストアのプライバシー表示およびアプリ内表示に従います。

3. 広告、同意管理、Cookie

本サイトではGoogle AdSenseを、本アプリの一部ではGoogle AdMobを利用する場合があります。Googleなどの第三者配信事業者は、Cookie、広告ID、IPアドレス、端末・利用状況に関する情報などを、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止、診断のために処理する場合があります。地域に応じてUMPなどの同意管理画面が表示されます。

iOSでは、他社のアプリやWebサイトを横断するトラッキングを行う前にATTの許可を求めます。許可はiOSの設定から変更できます。WebサイトのCookieはブラウザ設定から管理できますが、一部機能が正しく動作しない場合があります。

4. 第三者サービスへの提供

本サービスは、Googleの広告・同意管理サービス、Firebaseその他のインフラ、AppleやGoogleのアプリ内課金・ストア機能などを利用する場合があります。これらの事業者は、それぞれの規約とプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を処理します。当方は、サービス提供に必要な場合、法令に基づく場合、またはユーザーの同意がある場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

5. 保存期間、安全管理、削除

情報は、機能提供、セキュリティ、不正防止、法令遵守などの目的に必要な期間、または各第三者サービスが定める期間に応じて保存されます。当方は、取り扱う情報の性質に応じた合理的な安全管理措置を講じますが、通信または保存の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

端末内のデータは、アプリの機能、端末設定、またはアプリの削除により削除できる場合があります。クラウド上のデータやお問い合わせ情報について、確認、訂正、削除その他の請求を希望する場合は、お問い合わせページからご連絡ください。適用法令と本人確認の必要性に応じて対応します。

イージーダイエットの保存期間と削除方法

  • 食事写真、メモ、記録日時およびアプリ設定は、ユーザーが削除するまで端末内に保存されます。Dev Catはこれらのデータをサーバーに保存しません。
  • Android OSが作成するバックアップは、Androidの設定内にあるGoogleまたはシステムのバックアップ項目から管理できます。バックアップが有効な場合、再インストールや端末移行時に対象データの一部が復元される場合があります。
  • 端末内データをすべて削除するには、Androidの「設定」→「アプリ」→「イージーダイエット」→「ストレージ」→「データを消去」を選択するか、アプリをアンインストールしてください。生成された共有用一時画像も、端末のアプリデータまたはキャッシュを消去することで削除できます。
  • Google Play Billing、RevenueCatおよびAdMobが処理するデータは、購入の復元、広告配信、不正防止、法令遵守などに必要な期間、それぞれの事業者のポリシーに従って保持されます。Dev Catが管理可能な購入・サポート関連データの削除を希望する場合は、下記お問い合わせ先へご連絡ください。Googleアカウントの購入履歴など、Googleが管理する記録はGoogleの手続きに従います。
  • お問い合わせで受領した情報は、対応と記録保全に必要な期間のみ保持し、削除依頼があった場合は法令上保持が必要なものを除いて削除します。

本サービスや法令、利用する第三者サービスの変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイト、アプリ内、またはストア表示など適切な方法でお知らせします。

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Dev Cat handles user information in the websites, iOS apps, Android apps, and other services it provides (the "Services"). It applies to Bingo Party, Muscle Memo, 韻Finder, Easy Diet, and other applications provided by Dev Cat.

The information handled depends on the app, operating system, version, region, features used, and consent choices. Please also review the app-specific privacy information shown in the applicable store or within the app.

2. Information We Handle and Why

The Services may handle information as necessary to provide app features, maintain account or purchase status, save game or training records, deliver advertising, manage consent, understand usage, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and respond to inquiries. Consistent with store definitions, "collection" in this policy includes information that may be transmitted to integrated third-party services.

Bingo Party (iOS 2.2 / build 9)

Bingo Party uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and the User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising and consent management. It also uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication and Realtime Database to issue an anonymous account ID and provide game features such as rooms, drawn-number history, declarations, and host sessions. The anonymous account ID is not a name, but it is a persistent User ID linked to gameplay data.

In this version, Device ID is the only data type used for tracking, and only when the user authorizes tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT). User ID and Gameplay Content are linked to the anonymous account for App Functionality and are not used for tracking.

If the user selects "Ask App Not to Track," this version does not initialize AdMob or UMP, does not request ads, and removes app-managed web/HTTP cookies that could be used for tracking. Core Firebase-backed game features, such as rooms, remain available.

Muscle Memo (iOS 4.3 / build 25)

Muscle Memo uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and UMP for advertising and consent management. It also uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore for App Functionality such as User ID, custom exercises, daily notes, and training records. Depending on the features used, it may also handle in-app interactions, advertising information, and technical diagnostics.

Device ID is the only data type used for tracking in this version, and only when ATT permission is granted. Advertising-related SDKs initialize only after the ATT choice is resolved. If permission is denied, ad requests include npa=1 to request non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads may still process limited information needed for delivery, security, aggregation, and diagnostics.

Easy Diet (イージーダイエット) for Android

The app is listed on Google Play as "イージーダイエット," the developer is "Dev Cat," and the package name is com.onemaker.easydiet.android. The App does not require account registration. The App stores meal photos, notes, record timestamps, and onboarding or review-prompt settings on the device and does not send them to Dev Cat servers. If Android OS backup or device-transfer features are enabled, some eligible data may be saved to and restored from backup storage associated with the user's Google Account. This is not an upload to a cloud service operated by Dev Cat and can be managed in Android Settings. Camera permission is used to take meal photos. Only when the user chooses the sharing feature does the App pass an image to a destination selected by the user through the Android share sheet.

The free version uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising. Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interaction data, approximate location, usage data, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and diagnostics. The one-time ad-removal feature uses Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. An anonymous purchase identifier, product ID, purchase or transaction information, entitlement status, app or device information, and technical diagnostics may be processed for purchase completion, restoration, fraud prevention, and support. Meal photos and notes are not sent to AdMob, Google Play Billing, or RevenueCat. The App does not use Firebase, Google Analytics, or a developer-operated analytics server.

Easy Diet-specific policy

Other Dev Cat Apps

Other apps, including 韻Finder, may handle advertising identifiers, purchase information, interactions, crash or diagnostic information, and user-entered content depending on their features. The applicable data types and purposes are described in each app's store privacy disclosure and in-app notices.

3. Advertising, Consent, and Cookies

This website may use Google AdSense, and some of our apps may use Google AdMob. Google and other third-party providers may process cookies, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, and usage information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and diagnostics. Depending on the region, a consent-management message such as UMP may be shown.

On iOS, the app requests ATT permission before tracking activity across other companies' apps or websites. The choice can be changed in iOS Settings. Website cookies can be managed in browser settings, although some features may not work correctly.

4. Third-Party Services

The Services may use Google advertising and consent services, Firebase and other infrastructure, and Apple or Google in-app purchase and store services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services, as required by law, or with the user's consent.

5. Retention, Security, and Deletion

Information is retained for the period necessary to provide features, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with law, or as determined by the relevant third-party service. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data stored on a device may be removable through app features, device settings, or deletion of the app. To request access, correction, deletion, or another action concerning cloud or inquiry data, please contact us through the page below. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify the requester.

Easy Diet retention and deletion

  • Meal photos, notes, record timestamps, and App settings remain on the device until the user deletes them. Dev Cat does not store this data on its servers.
  • Backups created by Android OS can be managed in Android Settings under the Google or system backup section. When backup is enabled, some eligible data may be restored after reinstalling the App or transferring to another device.
  • To delete all on-device data, open Android Settings → Apps → Easy Diet (イージーダイエット) → Storage → Clear storage/data, or uninstall the App. Temporary sharing images can also be removed by clearing the App's data or cache.
  • Data processed by Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, and AdMob is retained under each provider's policy for as long as needed for purchase restoration, ad delivery, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. To request deletion of purchase- or support-related data that Dev Cat can control, contact us below. Records controlled by Google, including Google account purchase history, are subject to Google's procedures.
  • Information received through support inquiries is retained only as long as needed to respond and preserve necessary records. On request, we delete it unless retention is required by law.

We may update this policy when the Services, applicable laws, or third-party services change. Material changes will be communicated through this website, within the app, in store disclosures, or by another appropriate method.
