本ポリシーは、Dev CatがGoogle Playで提供するAndroidアプリ「イージーダイエット」におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いを説明します。

2. 取り扱う情報と利用目的

端末内の食事記録

ユーザーが撮影した食事写真、入力したメモ、記録日時、オンボーディングや評価案内の表示状態は、食事記録・検索・集計・アプリ設定のため、アプリが端末内に保存します。Dev Catのサーバーには送信されません。

Android OSのバックアップと端末移行

Android OSのバックアップまたは端末移行機能が有効な場合、端末内データの一部がGoogleアカウントに紐づくバックアップ領域へ保存され、同じユーザーの端末へ復元される場合があります。これはAndroid OSが提供する機能であり、Dev Catが運営する独自クラウドへデータをアップロードするものではありません。バックアップは、Androidの設定内にあるGoogleまたはシステムのバックアップ項目から管理できます（項目名や利用可否は端末・OSにより異なります）。

カメラと共有

カメラ権限は食事写真の撮影に使用します。共有機能を選んだ場合に限り、Androidの共有画面を通じて、ユーザーが選択した送信先へ生成画像を渡します。アプリが自動的に写真やメモを投稿・送信することはありません。

Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）

無料版の広告配信にAdMobを使用します。Googleは広告ID、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告操作情報、概算位置情報、利用状況および診断情報などを、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止、セキュリティおよび診断のために処理する場合があります。食事写真やメモを広告情報として送信することはありません。

Google Play BillingとRevenueCat

買い切りの広告非表示機能ではGoogle Play BillingとRevenueCatを利用します。匿名の購入用識別子、商品ID、購入・取引情報、権利状態、アプリ・端末情報および技術診断情報が、購入処理、購入状態の確認・復元、不正防止およびサポートのために処理される場合があります。食事写真やメモはこれらのサービスへ送信されません。

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、Firebase、Google AnalyticsまたはDev Catが運営する分析・食事記録サーバーを使用しません。

3. 第三者サービス

AdMob、Google Play BillingおよびRevenueCatは、それぞれの規約とプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を処理します。Dev Catは、アプリ機能の提供、法令対応またはユーザーの指示・同意に必要な場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

4. 保存期間と削除方法

  • 食事写真、メモ、記録日時およびアプリ設定は、ユーザーが削除するまで端末内に保存されます。Dev Catはこれらのデータをサーバーに保存しません。
  • Android OSが作成するバックアップは、Androidの設定内にあるGoogleまたはシステムのバックアップ項目から管理できます。バックアップが有効な場合、再インストールや端末移行時に対象データの一部が復元される場合があります。
  • 端末内データをすべて削除するには、Androidの「設定」→「アプリ」→「イージーダイエット」→「ストレージ」→「データを消去」を選択するか、アプリをアンインストールしてください。共有用一時画像は、アプリのキャッシュまたはデータを消去することでも削除できます。
  • Google Play Billing、RevenueCatおよびAdMobが処理するデータは、購入の復元、広告配信、不正防止、セキュリティまたは法令遵守に必要な期間、それぞれの事業者のポリシーに従って保持されます。
  • Dev Catが管理可能な購入・サポート関連データの削除を希望する場合は、下記お問い合わせ先へご連絡ください。Googleアカウントの購入履歴などGoogleが管理する記録は、Googleの手続きに従います。
  • お問い合わせで受領した情報は、対応と必要な記録保全の期間のみ保持し、削除依頼があった場合は法令上保持が必要なものを除いて削除します。

5. 安全管理

Dev Catは、取り扱う情報の性質に応じた合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、通信または保存の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

アプリ、法令または利用する第三者サービスの変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、本ページ、アプリ内またはストア表示など適切な方法でお知らせします。

Easy Diet Privacy Policy (English)

1. App and Developer

This policy explains how Dev Cat handles user information in the Easy Diet Android app distributed on Google Play.

2. Information Handled and Purposes

On-device meal records

The App stores meal photos, notes, record timestamps, and onboarding or review-prompt settings on the user's device to provide meal logging, search, summaries, and App settings. They are not sent to Dev Cat servers.

Android OS backup and device transfer

If Android OS backup or device-transfer features are enabled, some on-device data may be saved to backup storage associated with the user's Google Account and restored to a device used by the same user. This is an Android OS feature and is not an upload to a cloud service operated by Dev Cat. Backups can be managed in Android Settings under the Google or system backup section (the name and availability vary by device and OS version).

Camera and sharing

Camera permission is used to take meal photos. Only when the user chooses the sharing feature does the App pass a generated image to a destination selected by the user through the Android share sheet. The App does not automatically post or transmit photos or notes.

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

The free version uses AdMob for advertising. Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interaction data, approximate location, usage data, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and diagnostics. Meal photos and notes are not sent as advertising information.

Google Play Billing and RevenueCat

The one-time ad-removal feature uses Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. An anonymous purchase identifier, product ID, purchase or transaction information, entitlement status, app or device information, and technical diagnostics may be processed to complete, verify, and restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support. Meal photos and notes are not sent to these services.

The App does not require account registration and does not use Firebase, Google Analytics, or a Dev Cat-operated analytics or meal-record server.

3. Third-Party Services

AdMob, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat process information under their respective terms and privacy policies. Dev Cat does not disclose personal information to third parties except as necessary to provide App features, comply with law, or follow the user's instruction or consent.

4. Retention and Deletion

  • Meal photos, notes, record timestamps, and App settings remain on the device until the user deletes them. Dev Cat does not store this data on its servers.
  • Backups created by Android OS can be managed in Android Settings under the Google or system backup section. When backup is enabled, some eligible data may be restored after reinstalling the App or transferring to another device.
  • To delete all on-device data, open Android Settings → Apps → Easy Diet (イージーダイエット) → Storage → Clear storage/data, or uninstall the App. Temporary sharing images can also be removed by clearing the App's cache or data.
  • Data processed by Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, and AdMob is retained under each provider's policy for as long as needed for purchase restoration, ad delivery, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
  • To request deletion of purchase- or support-related data that Dev Cat can control, contact us below. Records controlled by Google, including Google account purchase history, are subject to Google's procedures.
  • Information received through support inquiries is retained only as long as needed to respond and preserve necessary records. On request, we delete it unless retention is required by law.

5. Security

Dev Cat uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Changes

We may update this policy when the App, applicable laws, or third-party services change. Material changes will be communicated on this page, within the App, in store disclosures, or by another appropriate method.
