本ポリシーは、Dev Catが提供するVoice SortのiOS版・Android版に適用します。現在の実装における情報の取り扱いを説明するもので、機能、広告、料金を変更するものではありません。

音声認識とマイク

ユーザーが録音・音声入力を開始したとき、許可されたマイクから音声を取得し、文字起こしに利用します。iOSではWebKit/OSが提供する音声認識、Androidでは端末で利用可能な音声認識サービスを使用します。端末、言語、設定、サービス提供者によって、音声や認識に必要な情報がApple、Googleなどの音声認識サービスへ送信される場合があります。常に端末内だけで処理されるとは限りません。Dev Catは独自の音声認識サーバーを運営せず、音声を広告SDKへ渡しません。アプリには音声ファイルを保存する機能はなく、認識されたテキストをメモとして保存します。音声サービス側の処理・保存期間は、その提供者の設定とポリシーに従います。

メモ、プロジェクト、設定

メモ本文、プロジェクト名・分類、作成日時、言語、音声操作キーワード、購入状態のキャッシュ、動画特典の期限などを、機能提供のため端末内に保存します。アカウント登録やDev Catの独自クラウドへのメモ同期はありません。OSのバックアップ・端末移行が有効な場合、対象データがAppleやGoogleのバックアップ領域へ保存・復元されることがあります。メモ共有はユーザーが選んだ共有先にだけ実行します。共有先での取り扱いは、そのサービスのポリシーに従います。

広告と同意

無料利用ではGoogle Mobile Ads（AdMob）とUser Messaging Platform（UMP）を、バナー、全画面広告、任意の動画特典、同意管理のために使用します。広告IDなどの識別子、IPアドレス、概算位置、端末情報、広告操作、利用状況、クラッシュ・診断情報などが、広告配信、計測、不正防止、セキュリティ、診断のためGoogleに処理される場合があります。メモ本文を広告SDKへ送信する実装はありません。iOSではATTの選択を確認し、許可がない場合は非パーソナライズ広告を要求します。UMPで広告リクエストが許可されない場合は広告を要求しません。非パーソナライズ広告でも必要な限定的情報の処理はあります。購入や獲得済み動画特典の有効期間中は、対応する広告非表示の権利を適用します。

購入と復元

月額プランと買い切りはApple StoreKitまたはGoogle Play Billingで処理します。各ストアはアカウント、支払い、商品ID、取引・購入トークン、権利状態などを、購入、請求、復元、不正防止のため処理します。アプリは有効な購入権利を照合します。Dev Catがカード番号を取得することはありません。解約・返金は利用したストアで手続きしてください。アプリを削除しても定期購入は自動解約されません。

保存期間、削除、安全管理

メモやプロジェクトはユーザーが削除するまで端末内で保持します。アプリ内の削除操作、Androidのアプリデータ消去、またはアプリのアンインストールでローカルデータを削除できます。バックアップや共有先のコピーは、それぞれOS・共有先の設定で管理してください。マイク権限、トラッキング許可はOS設定から変更できます。ストア、広告、音声認識事業者のデータは各事業者のポリシーに従い保持されます。お問い合わせの情報は対応と必要な記録保全に使用し、削除のご希望を受け付けます。合理的な安全管理措置を講じますが、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。重要な変更は本ページなどでお知らせします。

This policy applies to Voice Sort for iOS and Android, provided by Dev Cat. It explains current data handling and does not change features, advertising or prices.

Speech recognition and microphone

When you start voice input and grant microphone access, audio is used for transcription. iOS uses speech recognition provided through WebKit/the OS; Android uses the speech recognition service available on the device. Depending on the device, language, settings and provider, audio and information needed for recognition may be sent to Apple, Google or another speech service. Processing is not guaranteed to remain on-device. Dev Cat does not operate a speech recognition server or pass audio to advertising SDKs. The app saves recognized text as memos, not audio files. Speech providers control their own processing and retention under their settings and policies.

Memos, projects and settings

Memo text, project names and organization, timestamps, language, voice-command keywords, cached purchase status and reward expiry are stored locally to provide app features. No app account or Dev Cat cloud memo sync is required or provided. Eligible data may be included in Apple or Google OS backups or device transfers when enabled. Sharing sends a memo only to the destination you choose; that service handles it under its own policy.

Advertising and consent

The free app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and User Messaging Platform (UMP) for banners, interstitials, optional rewarded videos and consent. Google may process advertising or other identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device information, ad interactions, usage, crash and diagnostic information for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security and diagnostics. The app does not send memo text to advertising SDKs. On iOS, it checks ATT choice and requests non-personalized ads without tracking permission. It does not request ads when UMP does not permit ad requests. Non-personalized advertising still involves limited necessary data processing. Valid purchases and earned video benefits apply their existing ad-free entitlement.

Purchases and restoration

Monthly subscriptions and the one-time purchase use Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing. The stores handle account/payment information, product identifiers, transactions or purchase tokens and entitlement status for purchase, billing, restoration and fraud prevention. The app checks valid entitlements. Dev Cat does not receive card numbers. Manage cancellation or refunds through the store used for purchase. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Retention, deletion and security

Memos and projects remain locally until deleted. Use in-app deletion, Android app-data clearing or uninstall the app to remove local data. Manage backup and shared copies through the relevant OS or recipient service. Microphone and tracking permissions can be changed in OS settings. Stores, advertising and speech providers retain data under their own policies. Contact information is used for support and necessary recordkeeping; you may request deletion. Reasonable safeguards are used, but absolute security is not guaranteed. Important changes will be announced on this page or another appropriate channel.
