本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Dev Cat（以下「運営者」）が提供するiOSアプリ、Androidアプリ、ウェブサイトおよび関連サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。ユーザーは、本サービスを利用することで本規約に同意するものとします。

1. サービスの利用

本サービスの機能、対応OS、保存方法、広告、購入項目および利用可能地域はアプリごとに異なります。各アプリ内の説明およびストア掲載情報が、そのアプリ固有の仕様として本規約と併せて適用されます。

2. 広告・購入

一部のアプリでは広告、買い切りのアプリ内課金またはサブスクリプションを提供します。価格、請求、更新、解約、返金および購入の復元には、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playの表示と各ストアの規約が適用されます。購入前にストアの確認画面をご確認ください。

3. 禁止事項

法令、公序良俗または第三者の権利に違反する行為
本サービスの不正利用、解析、改変、妨害または過度な負荷を与える行為
不正な方法で購入状態、広告報酬、スコアその他の機能を取得または操作する行為
他の利用者または第三者になりすます行為

4. ユーザーのデータとコンテンツ

ユーザーが入力、作成または保存したデータの取扱いは、各アプリの機能とプライバシーポリシーに従います。端末の故障、機種変更、アプリの削除、OSや外部サービスの変更などによりデータが失われる場合があるため、利用可能な場合はユーザー自身でバックアップを行ってください。

5. 知的財産権

本サービスを構成するプログラム、画像、文章、名称その他の権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザー自身が作成したコンテンツの権利は、第三者の権利を侵害しない限りユーザーに帰属します。

6. 免責・変更

運営者は、本サービスを現状有姿で提供します。法令で認められる範囲で、端末、通信、OS、ストア、広告・課金事業者その他の外部サービスに起因する中断や損害について責任を負いません。運営者は、保守、品質改善、法令対応その他の合理的な理由により、本サービスまたは本規約を変更・終了する場合があります。

7. 準拠法・問い合わせ

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約または本サービスについては、問い合わせページまたは biz.takanashi.app@gmail.com へご連絡ください。

These Terms of Use apply to the iOS apps, Android apps, websites, and related services provided by Dev Cat (the “Services”). By using a Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service-specific terms. Features, supported operating systems, storage, advertising, purchases, and regional availability vary by app. The in-app explanations and store listing for each app also apply.

Ads and purchases. Some Services offer ads, one-time in-app purchases, or subscriptions. The price and the applicable store terms govern billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restoration. Review the store confirmation screen before purchasing.

Acceptable use. You may not violate laws or third-party rights, interfere with or misuse a Service, manipulate purchases, ad rewards, scores, or other functions, or impersonate another person.

Your data and content. Data handling follows the features of each app and our Privacy Policy. Device failure, app removal, operating-system changes, or external-service changes may cause data loss; use available backup options where appropriate.

Intellectual property. Rights in the software, images, text, names, and other materials in the Services belong to Dev Cat or their lawful owners. You retain rights in content you create, provided it does not infringe third-party rights.

Availability and changes. The Services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Dev Cat is not responsible for interruptions or loss caused by devices, connectivity, operating systems, app stores, payment or advertising providers, or other external services. A Service or these Terms may change or end for maintenance, quality, legal, or other reasonable reasons.
