1. 適用対象と運営者

本ポリシーは、Dev CatがApp StoreとGoogle Playで提供する「イージーダイエット」（Easy Diet）のiOS版（iPadOSを含む）とAndroid版におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いを説明します。

2. 取り扱う情報と利用目的

端末内の食事記録

ユーザーが撮影した食事写真、入力したメモ、記録日時、オンボーディングや評価案内の表示状態は、食事記録・検索・集計・アプリ設定のため、アプリが端末内に保存します。Dev Catのサーバーには送信されません。

Android OSのバックアップと端末移行

Android OSのバックアップまたは端末移行機能が有効な場合、端末内データの一部がGoogleアカウントに紐づくバックアップ領域へ保存され、同じユーザーの端末へ復元される場合があります。これはAndroid OSが提供する機能であり、Dev Catが運営する独自クラウドへデータをアップロードするものではありません。バックアップは、Androidの設定内にあるGoogleまたはシステムのバックアップ項目から管理できます（項目名や利用可否は端末・OSにより異なります）。

iOSのバックアップ

iCloudまたはコンピュータへの端末バックアップ設定により、アプリ内の写真など一部のデータがバックアップに含まれる場合があります。記録情報と写真では保存場所やバックアップ対象が異なるため、すべての記録が復元されるとは限りません。これはAppleのOSによる機能であり、Dev Catの独自クラウド同期ではありません。

カメラと共有

カメラ権限は食事写真の撮影に使用します。共有機能を選んだ場合に限り、iOSまたはAndroidの共有画面を通じて、ユーザーが選択した保存先・送信先へ生成画像を渡します。アプリが自動的に写真やメモを投稿・送信することはありません。共有先や写真アプリなどに保存したコピーは、その保存先で管理・削除してください。

Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）

無料版の広告配信にAdMobを使用します。Googleは広告ID、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告操作情報、概算位置情報、利用状況および診断情報などを、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止、セキュリティおよび診断のために処理する場合があります。食事写真やメモを広告情報として送信することはありません。

広告の同意とトラッキング設定

iOSではATT（App Tracking Transparency）で、他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたぐトラッキングと広告IDの利用について許可を確認します。拒否・制限時もアプリは利用でき、広告配信が可能な場合は非パーソナライズ広告を使用します。両OSでGoogleのUMP（User Messaging Platform）を使って広告の同意状態を確認し、必要な地域では同意画面を表示します。ATTまたは広告の同意状態が未確定・取得失敗の場合は、広告SDKの初期化と広告リクエストを行いません。iOSのトラッキング許可は端末の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」で変更できます。UMPのプライバシー設定が必要な場合は、アプリの設定画面に見直し用の項目を表示します。非パーソナライズ広告でも、配信・不正防止などに必要な端末情報やIPアドレス等の処理は行われる場合があります。

Appleのアプリ内課金・Google Play BillingとRevenueCat

買い切りの広告非表示機能では、iOSはAppleのアプリ内課金、AndroidはGoogle Play Billingを使用します。両OSでRevenueCatが匿名の購入用識別子、商品ID、購入履歴・取引情報、権利状態を処理し、購入の検証・復元、不正な購入の防止、広告削除機能の提供、および管理画面での購入状況の集計・分析に使用します。RevenueCatは端末の診断情報を収集しません。食事写真やメモはこれらのサービスへ送信されません。決済情報はAppleまたはGoogleが処理し、Dev Catがクレジットカード番号を取得することはありません。

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、Firebase、Google AnalyticsまたはDev Catが運営する分析・食事記録サーバーを使用しません。

3. 第三者サービス

AdMob・UMP、Appleのアプリ内課金、Google Play BillingおよびRevenueCatは、それぞれの規約とプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を処理します。Dev Catは、アプリ機能の提供、法令対応またはユーザーの指示・同意に必要な場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

4. 保存期間と削除方法

  • 食事写真、メモ、記録日時およびアプリ設定は、ユーザーが削除するまで端末内に保存されます。Dev Catはこれらのデータをサーバーに保存しません。
  • Android OSが作成するバックアップは、Androidの設定内にあるGoogleまたはシステムのバックアップ項目から管理できます。バックアップが有効な場合、再インストールや端末移行時に対象データの一部が復元される場合があります。
  • 端末内データをすべて削除するには、Androidの「設定」→「アプリ」→「イージーダイエット」→「ストレージ」→「データを消去」を選択するか、アプリをアンインストールしてください。共有用一時画像は、アプリのキャッシュまたはデータを消去することでも削除できます。
  • iOSの端末内データを削除するには、「設定」→「一般」→「iPhoneストレージ」（iPadでは「iPadストレージ」）→「イージーダイエット」→「Appを削除」を選択してください。「Appを取り除く」では書類とデータが残ります。iCloudやコンピュータ上のバックアップ、共有・保存済み画像は別に管理・削除してください。バックアップに含まれるデータは、端末の復元時に戻る場合があります。
  • Appleのアプリ内課金、Google Play Billing、RevenueCatおよびAdMob・UMPが処理するデータは、購入の復元、広告配信・同意管理、不正防止、セキュリティまたは法令遵守に必要な期間、それぞれの事業者のポリシーに従って保持されます。アプリを削除してもストアの購入履歴や購入権利は削除されません。
  • Dev Catが管理可能な購入・サポート関連データの削除を希望する場合は、下記お問い合わせ先へご連絡ください。AppleまたはGoogleが管理する購入履歴などの記録は、各社の手続きに従います。
  • お問い合わせで受領した情報は、対応と必要な記録保全の期間のみ保持し、削除依頼があった場合は法令上保持が必要なものを除いて削除します。

5. 安全管理

Dev Catは、取り扱う情報の性質に応じた合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、通信または保存の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

アプリ、法令または利用する第三者サービスの変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、本ページ、アプリ内またはストア表示など適切な方法でお知らせします。

Easy Diet Privacy Policy (English)

1. App and Developer

This policy explains how Dev Cat handles user information in Easy Diet for iOS (including iPadOS) on the App Store and Android on Google Play.

2. Information Handled and Purposes

On-device meal records

The App stores meal photos, notes, record timestamps, and onboarding or review-prompt settings on the user's device to provide meal logging, search, summaries, and App settings. They are not sent to Dev Cat servers.

Android OS backup and device transfer

If Android OS backup or device-transfer features are enabled, some on-device data may be saved to backup storage associated with the user's Google Account and restored to a device used by the same user. This is an Android OS feature and is not an upload to a cloud service operated by Dev Cat. Backups can be managed in Android Settings under the Google or system backup section (the name and availability vary by device and OS version).

iOS backups

Depending on device backup settings, some App data, such as photos, may be included in iCloud or computer backups. Record information and photos use different storage locations and backup rules, so a backup may not restore all records. This is an Apple OS feature, not cloud synchronization operated by Dev Cat.

Camera and sharing

Camera permission is used to take meal photos. Only when the user chooses sharing does the App pass a generated image to a save or sharing destination selected through the iOS or Android share sheet. The App does not automatically post or transmit photos or notes. Copies saved in Photos or other destinations must be managed and deleted at those destinations.

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

The free version uses AdMob for advertising. Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interaction data, approximate location, usage data, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and diagnostics. Meal photos and notes are not sent as advertising information.

Advertising consent and tracking settings

On iOS, ATT (App Tracking Transparency) requests permission for tracking across other companies' apps and websites and access to the advertising identifier. Denying or restricting permission keeps the App usable; non-personalized ads are used when ad delivery is permitted. On both platforms, Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) checks advertising consent and displays a consent form where required. If ATT or advertising consent is unresolved or its update fails, the App does not initialize the advertising SDK or request ads. Change iOS tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. When UMP requires privacy options, the App displays an entry in its settings to review those choices. Non-personalized ads may still involve device information, IP addresses, and other processing needed for ad delivery and fraud prevention.

Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat

The one-time ad-removal feature uses Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. On both platforms, RevenueCat processes an anonymous purchase identifier, product IDs, purchase history and transaction information, and entitlement status to verify and restore purchases, prevent purchase fraud, provide ad removal, and summarize and analyze purchases in its dashboard. RevenueCat does not collect device diagnostic information. Meal photos and notes are not sent to these services. Apple or Google processes payment details; Dev Cat does not receive credit card numbers.

The App does not require account registration and does not use Firebase, Google Analytics, or a Dev Cat-operated analytics or meal-record server.

3. Third-Party Services

AdMob and UMP, Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat process information under their respective terms and privacy policies. Dev Cat does not disclose personal information to third parties except as necessary to provide App features, comply with law, or follow the user's instruction or consent.

4. Retention and Deletion

  • Meal photos, notes, record timestamps, and App settings remain on the device until the user deletes them. Dev Cat does not store this data on its servers.
  • Backups created by Android OS can be managed in Android Settings under the Google or system backup section. When backup is enabled, some eligible data may be restored after reinstalling the App or transferring to another device.
  • To delete all on-device data, open Android Settings → Apps → Easy Diet (イージーダイエット) → Storage → Clear storage/data, or uninstall the App. Temporary sharing images can also be removed by clearing the App's cache or data.
  • To delete on-device App data on iOS, open Settings → General → iPhone Storage (iPad Storage on iPad) → Easy Diet → Delete App. Offload App keeps documents and data. Manage or delete iCloud or computer backups and previously saved or shared images separately. Data included in a backup may return when a device is restored.
  • Data processed by Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, AdMob, and UMP is retained under each provider's policy for as long as needed for purchase restoration, ad delivery and consent management, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance. Deleting the App does not delete store purchase history or purchase entitlements.
  • To request deletion of purchase- or support-related data that Dev Cat can control, contact us below. Records controlled by Apple or Google, including store purchase history, are subject to the respective provider's procedures.
  • Information received through support inquiries is retained only as long as needed to respond and preserve necessary records. On request, we delete it unless retention is required by law.

5. Security

Dev Cat uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Changes

We may update this policy when the App, applicable laws, or third-party services change. Material changes will be communicated on this page, within the App, in store disclosures, or by another appropriate method.
